- Requested delivery dates shall be treated as a preference only.

- All specific delivery time slots, including but not limited to AM, PM, or fixed timed deliveries, are strictly subject to availability and operational approval by the relevant logistics provider.

- Timed deliveries, restricted-slot deliveries, specialist vehicle requirements, assisted offloading, restricted access handling, or any other service outside of Muffle’s standard kerbside delivery offering may incur additional charges. Any such additional charges will be notified to the Customer prior to confirmation of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate and complete delivery access information is provided at the time of order or when requested. Failure to disclose site restrictions, access limitations, vehicle constraints, parking restrictions, or other relevant site conditions may result in an aborted delivery. In such circumstances, full redelivery charges and any associated costs shall be payable by the Customer.

- Standard delivery is kerbside and within normal working hours, suitable access for a standard delivery vehicle is assumed.

- Where the Customer fails to provide required delivery information or respond to correspondence within 48 hours of request, Muffle reserves the right to schedule delivery on the earliest available date based on standard delivery assumptions.
